FEATURES OF EVAPORATION OF AN ENSEMBLE OF FEMTO–PICOLITER DROPLETS ON A SUBSTRATE. EXPERIMENT AND SIMULATION
要約
Results of investigation of the characteristic features of evaporative cooling of a substrate are presented. It is shown that the deposition of droplets on the substrate has a strong effect on the dissipation heat flux. The temperature of the evaporative surface reaches the value of the limiting temperature that depends on the total pressure, humidity, and gas temperature. It is established that a typical bottleneck of evaporative cooling is the heat transfer through the substrate.
