Of the most instances so far considered, the periodic structure acts as a key functional element in this type of near-to-far field conversion. Meanwhile, the present study is focused on the finite periodic structure placed in the field of finite dielectric waveguide, thereby allowing us to compute those characteristics whose analysis is complicated within the frame work of other widely used approaches.
