AB In thisIn this paper, a magnetic nanocomposite, nano-TiO2-Fe3O4, was briefly introduced. Then nano-Fe3O4 and TiO2-Fe3O4 were prepared by a hydrothermal method. The micro-morphology, X-ray diffraction (XRD) spectrum, magnetic properties, and photocatalytic activity of nano-TiO2-Fe3O4 were measured. The results showed that nano-TiO2-Fe3O4 was a full spherical particle in which Fe3O4 was wrapped by TiO2, with an average diameter of about 256 nm; the characteristic peak of its XRD spectrum was nearly the same with Fe3O4; it had a new characteristic peak under the influence of TiO2, good magnetism and photocatalytic effect, and saturation magnetization of 50.6 memu/g.
