To perform the FEA study of 81 models, the geometry of cancellous bone is imported and corresponding materials are set using FEA software. A common biting force is applied on the implant. After applying the load, each model is compared on the basis of equivalent von Mises stress. From the analysis, we observe that a trapezoidal type of thread profile is most suitable for dental implants. %8 2019-08-19
