The first direction is based on the discrete-time "input-output" models of the object in the form of the z-transform. The second direction presupposes the application of the mathematical models in the state space. The basis of the third direction consists in the use of operators with variable shift that were developed via the impulse lattice functions representing the dynamics of each of the channels of a multivariable control object.
