要約
A quadratic low Reynolds turbulence closure ensuring non-zero anisotropics on the wall is described.
The influence of anisotropy and of the length-scale determining parameter is assessed by combination of the nonlinear constitutive relation with both a k-ε and a k-ω based (SST) turbulence model.
The performance of these models is compared to a classical linear low Reynolds k-ε model and a non-linear high-Reynolds k-ω model for two testcases: channel flow and Backward facing step (BFS) flow.
