要約

Two-dimensional heat conduction in a rotating cylinder subjected to a non uniform and time dependent wall heat flux is studied here. First, the direct heat transfer problem is presented and analytically solved using Laplace and Fourier transforms techniques. Then, the inverse problem is considered and a semi-analytical method is developed for this two-dimensional inverse heat conduction problem. The feasibility of estimation of wall heat fluxes is demonstrated. The inverse method uses noised temperature measurements produced by thermocouples embedded close to the wall during the cooling of the rotating cylinder by an impinging jet. This inversion is implemented on real measurements on an experimental bench.
Some experimental inversions are presented for the static and rotating cylinder cases and boiling curves are shown and discussed.
