RESUMO

The more refined model of the WiMAX system, using the OFDM modulation, is presented on the basis of analysis of the wireless communication system adaptation mechanisms. Results of the numerical investigations by the estimate of the multimedia medical information transmission quality, when using the adaptation criterion based on the PSNR matrix, are given.
