PHOTONIC CRYSTAL WAVEGUIDE STRUCTURES FOR TERAHERTZ BAND ELECTRONIC DEVICES

RESUMO

Electronic features of the 2-D photonic-crystal waveguides with multiridge boundaries bring firmed by the linear periodicity defects are considered. Spatial distribution of the electric field isoltained for slow eigen mode. Analysis of dispersion characteristics is performed using the MIT Photonics Bands (MPB) package, a public-domain code photonics.
