RESUMO

Analytical results are presented which describe a number of important characteristics of pulsed-shaped and monochromatic electromagnetic waves propagating in regular regions of the rectangular Floquet channel, specifically, in the reflection and transmission zones of two-dimensionally periodic structures. The results basically relate to mathematical formulation and physical interpretation of the energy conservation law and reciprocity relations.
