Effect of the Near Field on the Electromagnetic Power Distribution in Annular Antenna Arrays

RESUMO

The paper analyzes spatial distributions of the electromagnetic power radiated by annular antenna arrays of isotropic basic elements excited by sources of equal amplitudes and phases. As has been shown, the smaller is the array diameter, the greater is effect of near field zone on the power distribution.
