ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF A PRACTICAL TECHNIQUE OF THEORETICAL CALIBRATION OF RESONANT SENSORS FOR NEAR-FIELD MICROWAVE DIAGNOSTICS
RESUMO
As a result of the analysis of physical processes, analytical model and consequence of numerical experiment there are defined the conditions of rising accuracy of calculation of parameters of the quarter-wave resonator converters with the coaxial measuring aperture intended for near-field diagnostics. The description of the algorithm for calculations, designed for definition of parameters of converters with composite structure, is given.
