RESUMO

Methods for comparative evaluation of attenuation of sinusoidal and nonsinusoidal electromagnetic fields have been developed. It has been demonstrated that the relations, describing the law of attenuation of the nonsinusoidal electromagnetic field, which are used as the basis of the existing methods for evaluating information protection against leakage due to spurious electromagnetic emissions, when applied to pulse signals, can lead to substantial errors.
