RESUMO

Results of experimental research of 11 methods for getting the cardinal expert estimates without expert feedback are represented. The following parameters of methods are determined: the consistency coefficient of estimates given by several experts, the mathematical expectation of relative error for relative objects weight determination, the mathematical expectation of time for getting estimates. The selection of objects under estimation are well-grounded, the methods analyzed and algorithms of processing the results are described. Results of experimental data processing are represented.
