RESUMO

The problem of urban underground construction is considered in the sustainable development framework allowing one to react timely to the potential changes in the environment and minimize technogenic and ecological impact. Using the foresight methodology, the development of a tool set for decision support regarding the advisability of a terrain (geological environment) usage for urban underground construction is considered. The tool set is based on the modified morphological analysis method for urbanized territories. A morphological model is designed that considers groups of geological and technogenic factors for evaluating decision and risk groups regarding the construction sites for underground objects.
