RESUMO

We developed the procedure, which makes it possible to allocate reserve of service available in the system among several agents, which requests demand use of common distributed system resources. Construction is based on solving auxiliary multi-criteria problem of optimization. The suggested procedure makes it possible to take into account priorities of agents-users and increase effectiveness of service.
