RESUMO
The paper deals with the threefold aspect of the problem of a human-machine interface: representation in the central nervous system of the structural organization of a natural language (NL), determination of the criterion of NL units classification depending on the psychophysiological parameters of man's organism, application of the laws of functioning of the first signal system in the dynamic organization of phonemes database threephones of the Ukrainian language. We put an emphasis on investigation of man's brain.
