RESUMO
Based on the peculiarities of present-day use of the Dniester water resources and its ecosystems, five ecologically sensitive zones are distinguished along the reaches of the river. Conservation and reproduction of hydrobionts must be taken into account in an effective model for the management of water resources. It is especially important for the Dniester, where conditions exist unfavorably influencing river's life.
