Peculiarities of the Crucian Carp Lipid Metabolism at Multiple Spawning in Regulated Aquatic Systems
RESUMO
Some indices of the crucian females lipid metabolism (total lipids, triacylglycerins, free fatty acids) were studied at multiple spawning in regulated aquatic systems. Dependence of these indices on the breeding temperature of females was determined, as well as influence of the two-week "wintering" on the lipids, triacylglycerins and free fatty acids accumulation in liver, gonads, and blood. The analysis of total lipids, triacylglycerins and free fatty acids in tissues of spawned and non-spawned females was performed. The relation with ichthyological indices was also established.
