RESUMO
After the accident at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Station, 110mAg was found mainly in digestive and reproductive organs of fishes, including planktophagous (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix (Val.) and benthophagous (only in 1986-1990) species. The highest content of 110mAg was registered in planktophagous species of fishes occurring in the cooling pond of the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Station. For the most part it was observed in their eggs and liver. In predatory species of fishes. 110mAg was not found. The sole exception was Aspius aspius L.
