RESUMO

Dependence of the Rapana adaptive capacity on its size, age and sex was studied in experiment. Adaptive potential of the mollusks was established by their life duration in the waterless medium. Studies have confirmed the negative relationship between adaptive abilities of mature Rapana specimens and their linear dimensions and weight. In addition, the dependence of adaptability on the sex of the mollusk was shown.
