In the paper, a finite sequence of the Fabry-Perot resonators consisting of planar screens of finite thickness with rectangular holes is investigated. It is shown through numerical simulations that such structure is capable of localizing electromagnetic energy inside the resonators at frequencies below the cutoff frequency of the rectangular waveguides. The field amplitude in the resonators at the resonance frequencies can exceed the amplitude of the plane wave exciting the structure under investigation by almost one order of magnitude. The number of the resonances of total transmission of the plane wave through the chain of resonators is directly proportional to the number of ones. The behavior shown by the given structure at frequencies considerably higher than the cutoff frequency is similar to that of an electromagnetic crystal with zones of "blockage" and "transmission" electromagnetic waves. %8 2018-03-12
