The jet Re numbers are of the order of 600 and injection ratios are from 0.5 to 200. The injection angles range from 20° to 160° with respect to the cross-flow direction. Grid and boundary—layer turbulence are employed. It is found that turbulence increases the depth of penetration and spread of the jet.
