Results of the assessment of dose loads, frequency of chromosome aberrations, and hemolymph composition in Lymnaea stagnalis are presented. The capacity of the absorbed dose was registered within the range from 0.3 to 85.0 μGr/hour. A rather high frequency of chromosome aberrations (to 27%) in the tissues of embryos, as well as changes in hematological indices in the adult specimens of mollusks, was registered in the closed water bodies.
