The model is used for further investigation of the role played by the Taylor-type instability in processes of liquid-phase mass transfer in a film−substrate system. It has been proved that the development of the Taylor-type instability may result in efficient mass transfer. The results of the process depends on exposure parameters, film thickness, and the initial condition of the surface. %8 2015-03-11
