T1 Study of Hg1−xCrxSe Solid Solutions with Chromium Compositions 0.01 ≤ x ≤ 0.1 JF Telecommunications and Radio Engineering JO TRE YR 2004 FD 2005-12-27 VO 61 IS 7-12 SP 670 OP 681 AB The experimental results related to the study of kinetic coefficients and spectra of the electron spin resonance (ESR) of Hg1−xCrxSe solid solutions with a high chromium concentration and performed in the temperature range 4.2 < T < 300 K are presented. The typical temperatures corresponding to the beginning of ESR-line shape distortion which occur with the advent of anisotropy and displacement of the ESR-line center have been defined for the samples with different chromium compositions. It has been determined that in the case when the concentration of paramagnetic centers exceeds a certain critical value, the fine structure lines appear in the absorption spectrum. The possible physical model describing the behavior of absorption spectra of Hg1−xCrxSe compounds as the temperature decreases is discussed.
