A method for decomposition of localized syndromes for determining distorted elements in a code sequence of a turbo code, which makes it possible to develop an approach to synthesis of optimal syndrome decoders both with a "hard" and "soft" solution of turbo codes with component systematic recursive convolutional codes, has been proposed. %8 2011-02-10
