RESUMO
Flow and temperature field structure and temperature oscillations of gravity-driven convection with and without rotation are studied with a goal of benchmark of computational solutions of hydrodynamical model of Czochralski crystal growth. A focus of the paper is concentrated on new results of multiparametrical analysis using direct simulation and stability analysis of the flow in Czochralski model on the basis of unsteady Navier-Stokes equations (Boussinesq approach) for axisymmetrical and three-dimensional approach.
