Resumo

The 15 the Symposium, which was organized by the International Center for Heat and Mass Transfer in 1983 and which was concerned with the methods and techniques for measuring heat and mass transfer processes in plazmas, summarized the advances in the development of various measuring techniques. Many interesting papers were presented at the Symposium. Worthy mention among these is an interesting generalized lecture on "Recent Achievements in the Technique of Heat and Mass Transfer Measurements" read by R.I.Soloukhin, Full Member of the BSSR Academy of Sciences, and his paper "The Methods of Measurement in the Physics and Technology of Plasmas". In these works R.I.Soloukhin conducted a detailed analysis of, and called the researchers, attention to the following methods:
