RESUMO

This paper investigates Taylor-Görtler vortex in the rotating turbulent channel flow. The Taylor-Görtler vortex is detected by longitudinal average of velocity fluctuation in the channel and defined as TG fluctuation. The dynamic equation for the TG fluctuation is formulated. The generation of Taylor-Görtler vortex is interpreted by linear stability analysis for rotating turbulent channel flow and the contribution from TG to turbulent kinetic energy is also analyzed.
