METHODS OF SOLUTION OF CONVECTIVE HEAT MASS TRANSFER AT SINGLE CRYSTAL GROWTH PROBLEM

ABSTRACT
The method of solution of three-dimensional heat mass transfer equations in Boussinesq approach jointly the three-dimensional equation of magnetic induction is presented in the work. The difference method is used for spatial discretezation and implicit scheme for time one. Stabilization method for solving of global nonlinear equation system is used. The linearised systems of difference equations are solved by conjugate gradient method with preconditioning of initial matrixes by the incomplete factorization method.
