Abstract

We presented an analytical solution for air pollution dispersion in the atmosphere, solving analytically the transient two-dimensional advection-diffusion equation by the GILTT method, assuming a nonlocal closure of the turbulent diffusion. We also report statistical comparisons with experimental data.
