Краткое описание

A special consideration is given to devising the method of measuring the air humidity by two-frequency sounding according to a phase shift. This procedure is based on the effect of the sound velocity dispersion in humid air. Estimation have been made of hardware and turbulence-related humidity measurement errors; a series of data obtained from the full-scale experiments is presented and the problems of their interpretation are discussed.
