Краткое описание

Surface morphology of electrochemically deposited film stacks of copper, tin and zinc as metal precursors of kesterite layers was studied. The optimal sequence of metallic films for precursors, the atomic ratio of the components of electrodeposited precursors, electrodeposition and sulfurization modes that provide acceptable structural parameters of the crystalline kesterite phase were determined. Phase composition and optical properties of kesterite layers were presented resulted in technique development of single-phase microcrystalline kesterite synthesis for utilization as effective, cheap and affordable absorbers of solar cells of a new generation.
