A MATHEMATICAL MODEL FOR DETERMINING CHARACTERISTICS OF BOUNDED UNCORRELATED JITTER CAUSED BY INDUCTION

Краткое описание

Components of a total jitter are classified and briefly characterized. A mathematical model for determining the autocorrelation function and spectral power density of bounded uncorrelated jitter is developed. Values of these characteristics allow a more accurate separation of jitter into components, which may be required for finding the causes of failures and evaluating the reliability of the studied system.
