DEVELOPMENT OF A DUAL FIBER-OPTIC MULTIPLE-ACCESS RING WITH CODE DIVISION

Краткое описание

A new fiber-optic multiple-access network with code division and a dual ring topology is proposed. Such network protection system ensures an interruptible traffic for the network users when a section between optical terminals fails. The dependences of the reception error probability on the laser power, the number of optical network terminals and the number of network terminals transmitting signals simultaneously are presented.
