Краткое описание

The instrumentation performance of a resonance probe with a coaxial aperture has been defined in theory and approximated analytically. Our study revealed that the image reconstruction is required in general case of scanning microwave microscopy. The suggested analytical approximations provide quite a simple and accurate enough solution for the reverse problem of reconstruction.
