Middle-Power Millimeter Wave Band TWT Constructed on the Cavity Resonator Array

Краткое описание

Results of investigation and development of middle-power traveling wave tube (TWT's) of the eight-millimetric band on cylindrical coupled cavity resonator array (CCRA) with positive inductive coupling are presented. An effect of the CCRA geometrical sizes on the band properties, gain and efficiency of one-section and two-section TWT of the millimetric band is investigated. An experimental TWT of the pack design having 5W output power and 30 dB gain is described.
