Phenomenological Simulation of the Magnetic Order in a Granular Nanostracture on the Basis of Results of the Electron Spin Resonance Experiment

Краткое описание

The phenomenological model describing the phenomenon of ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) in a granular magnetic nanostructure is submitted. The model is verified by the example of study of magnetic properties of the nanostructure such as amorphous dioxide of silicon with cobalt nanoparticles (SiO2) 100-xCox/GaAs in the wide range of the Co-concentration (x = 20, 30, 45, 49, 54, 63, 75 and 85% Co). It is shown that the magnetic clusters can be formed in a granular nanostructure. The shape of clusters is Co-concentration depended.
