Краткое описание

The oscillating synergetic process in nanodisplacement of atoms under γ-quantum irradiation (with energy up to 55 MeV) was observed for the first time in the class of insulators. Multiferroic BiFeO3 was the object of study, 40 days was selected as the oscillation period. The process became apparent after 6 months from the time of exposure. The main research approach was the method of Mossbauer spectroscopy on nuclei 57Fe.
