Краткое описание
In the given work which uses an isothermic thermogravimetrical method, the study of boron oxidation in air has been conducted. Thin films of B2O3 (with thickness less than l|μm) formed on the reaction surface conform to the thickness of boron anhydride in the pre-inflammable period. According to experimental data effective values of the kinetics constants (z and E) of boron oxidation were determined.
