Краткое описание
Two-dimensional combusting flow field in composite propellant cracks was studied by both theoretical calculation and experimental method to provide pressure distribution and flame spreading rate distribution in cracks. In the numerical calculation, a finite element method was used to solve 2-D unsteady compressible Navier-Stokes equation system, heat transfer and ignition criterion, erosive burning effect and crack deformation were coupled. A high-speed motion analyzer and a special crack combustion simulator were used for experimental study. The results of calculation and experiment show good agreement.
