Retrial Queuing System M / E2 / c

Краткое описание

Retrial queuing system M/E2/c is considered, which represents a multichannel system with the Poisson input flow of calls with the Erlang two-phase distribution of service times, infinite exponential orbit and without losses. Analytical model of retrial queuing system M/E2/c was built. We obtained numerical solution by means of sparse matrix method. Some numerical and graphical results of quality characteristics of the system were shown.
