Краткое описание

An algorithm for identification of the parameters, making part of the parabolic law that is often used for predicting the dependence of the interphase layer thickness on the retention time in the composite material structure based on a metal matrix is suggested. A generalized presentation of this law that allows for the impact of the incubation period is used; at the same time the reaction rate constant is estimated by the Arrhenius relationship and takes into account the pressure effect. The identification algorithm suggested is based on the transformation of the available parabolic law and the introduction of the minimized objective function of a special form. The problem of identification of unknown parameters in the parabolic law is formulated in the variational form and allows the selecton of such a set from the allowed set of model parameters, when the objective function takes the minium value. It is shown that the four known experimental values of the interphase layer thickness that correspond to different values of temperature, pressure, and time of the interphase layer growth can be used to identify four parameters of the model: the activation energy, the preexponential parameter, the delay in the generation of the interphase layer, and the parameter determining the influence of pressure on the interphase layer growth rate. In the work, the stability of the proposed identification algorithm is studied and the restrictions imposed on the set of the required initial data are discussed. The known experimental data are used to demonstrate the efficiency of the algorithm proposed.
