It was stated that under the effect of these concentrations liver and kidney indexes practically did not change, spleen index increased. Total hemoglobin and its not-functional form methemoglobin concentration in carp's blood increased. Under the chronic impact of ammonia nitrogen its content in fish muscular tissue was relatively low.
