Краткое описание

The fractional composition of phospholipids of gills, liver, kidneys and muscles of carp (Cyprinus carpio L.) and pike (Esox lucius L.) under the impact of 0.2 and 0.5 mg/dm3 of Fe3+ in water was studied. It was established, that changes of phospholipids content and ratio in fish tissues are species-specific and dependent on the Fe3+ concentration. On the whole, changes in the ratio of phospholipids of carp and pike tissues to the elevated concentrations of Fe3+ ions are aimed at maintaining the effective functioning of biological membranes in order to adapt to the stress factor.
