Краткое описание

The fatty acid composition of lipids of sterlet Acipenser ruthenus L. white muscles in control and under hyperoxy-hypercapnic medium was studied. Redistribution of the individual fatty acids towards increase of the unsaturation degree was shown. The increase of the content of metabolically active fatty acids of the families ω3 is aimed at the maintaining of the ω36 ratio. The revealed modifications in the content of fatty acids of the sterlet white muscles are of adaptive importance in the hypometabolic state of fishes under the hyperoxy-hypercapnic conditions
