Краткое описание

In the study, we investigated the phenomenon of changes in impulse activity of isolated hippocampal neurons during prolonged recording. We have described the use of serial tachograms for assessing the electrical activity of neurons, an analysis of which can improve the reliability of the results. Three phases of changes in impulse activity of isolated neurons have been identifed in the experimental registration: an increased activity phase, a stable activity phase, and a declining activity phase. It has been established that in conditions of the perforated patch-clamp, the stable activity phase starts in 10 − 15 min after getting the tight junction, and it has an average duration of 30 min. It has been shown that the use of the serial tahograms and activity phases improves the assessment of inter-pulse interval values when measuring the electrical activity of neurons.
