Краткое описание
Micromorphological and molecular characteristics of four Hypsizygus marmoreus strains of different origins were investigated. Micromorphological structures of the vegetative mycelium were studied with a scanning electron microscope. Clamp connections, anastomoses, arthroconidia, chlamydospores, and crystals are described. RFLP patterns using six different restriction enzymes are presented. Sequences of the ITS region are given.
