Краткое описание

The aging process is fraught with many physiological changes, including decrements in cardiorespiratory function and loss of bone mass. The number of women entering menopause is increasing as the U.S. population ages. Because women now spend almost one-third of their lives postmenopause, maintaining good health is vital, and physical activity appears beneficial in many areas.
